Puddles and flagstones

At age 4-5 my best friend and I went to pick pea pods, ate the sweet peas and then tried to make boats from the pods, which we then set out on puddles. We figured out that we needed deep and big puddles. If there was enough wind we even got waves…the worse the weather the better.

We also decorated flag stones on the walk way in front of the house with daisies and clover and weeds. Then we watched if people noticed and we hoped that they would think a miracle had happened.
